After July 1 2017 all cabins $5995 pp 

(includes free beverages. No fuel surcharge. Nitrox is $100 payable on board.

Departs Baltra on Thursdays

Deposits/Payments

40% deposit to confirm space.  Balance due 90 days prior to departure.

Passenger initiated cancellations

1. 121 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is forfeited.
2. 120 - 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the charter rate is forfeited.
3. 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.

Yacht initiated cancellations

The Aggressor will run with 6 passengers.  Sometime they will run with less than 6.  That decision is evaluated based on the cost of running the trip verse the costs associated with cancelling the trip.    A decision is made 60 days or more before the departure date.  If the Aggressor cancels a trip due to low occupancy, they will offer to move the client to a different departure date and cover the cost of the airline ticket change fee.  They will offer the client a change in destinations.  They will offer discounts and/or perks (free nitrox, cabin upgrades, etc) on a case by case.

 

Galapagos Sky

From now until May 31, 2017  $5695 or $5895 depending on the cabin

After June 1, 2017  $5895 or $6095 depending on the cabin

including free nitrox, local beer + wine with dinner. No fuel surcharge.

Departs San Cristobal on Sunday.

Deposits/Payments

$800 deposit to confirm space.  Balance due 60 days prior to departure.

Passenger initiated cancellations   $300 penalty if cancelled prior to 90 days before departure.   89 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the payments are forfeited and no refund is available.

Yacht initiated cancellations:

The Sky will run with 8 passengers.  Sometime they will run with less with each trip being evaluated separately.  If the Sky cancels a trip due to low occupancy, they will offer to move the client to a different departure date and cover the cost of the airline ticket change fee.  If the client’s dates are not flexible, the Sky will attempt to move the passenger to a different dive yacht in Galapagos that have space and cover the cost of the airline ticket change fee.  If the client can not be accommodated, then a full refund is issued.  A decision is made approximately 90 days before the departure date.

Some dates are sold as confirmed departures.  These dates are guaranteed to run.

 

Humboldt Explorer

Jan 1 - Dec 31 2017 all cabins $4995

including free beverages.  

There is a fuel surcharge of $150 pp.  Nitrox is availaibe for $150 payable on board.  

Departs San Cristobal on Mondays

Deposits/Payments

30% deposit to confirm space.  Balance due 90 days prior to departure

Passenger initiated cancellations

Deposit is fully refundable up to 1 year in advance.  364 days to 8 months prior to departure, there is a 10% penalty. 6 - 8 months prior to departure, there is a 20% penalty. 6 months to 90 days prior to departure, there is a 30% penalty. 89 days or less – all payments are non refundable

Yacht initiated cancellations:

The Humboldt will run with 10 passengers.  If there are less than 10, how the passengers are accommodated is evaluated on a case by case base.

 

Deep Blue

Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2017  $5295 or $5395 depending on the cabin for 7 night trips

Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2017  $6850 or $7000 depending on the cabin for 10 night trips

including local beer + wine with dinner. No fuel surcharge. Nitrox is availaibe for $150 payable on board.

Departs San Cristobal on Monday.
